We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional who has hands-on experience in setting up and running a new academy from scratch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete academy setup, daily operations, academic management, and student admissions growth, ensuring the academy reaches a profitable and sustainable level.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademy Setup & Planning
Plan and execute the complete setup of a new academy (classrooms, courses, batches, schedules)
Design fee structures, academic calendars, and operational policies
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Academic Operations
Hire, train, and manage teaching staff
