Key Responsibilities
Academy Setup & Planning

• Plan and execute the complete setup of a new academy (classrooms, courses, batches, schedules)
• Design fee structures, academic calendars, and operational policies
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Academic Operations

• Hire, train, and manage teaching staff
• Prepare class schedules and monitor attendance
