Job Description

Plan, deliver, and review high-quality strength and conditioning programmes to support the development and performance of Hartpury’s elite student-athletes across college and university sports academies.

Work collaboratively with sports coaches and interdisciplinary support teams (including medical, nutrition, psychology, and lifestyle) to provide holistic and individualised athlete development and effective load management.

Monitor, analyse, and report performance data to inform programme design, track progression, and support long-term athletic development, including key performance indicators and return-to-play processes.

Deliver foundational physical development programmes to the wider student-athlete cohort, preparing them for future transition into high-performance environments.
