Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for air conditioning products.
• Must be proficient in both Filipino and English for conducting training sessions.
• Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provide technical training for service engineers and installers on installation, diagnostics, and repair.
• Must have HVAC technician background for training service engineers on diagnostics and repair.
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Must have basic familiarity with creating training materials and e-learning content.
• Update training content based on new product launches and technological advancements.
