Accelerated Mechanic Program (12 months)

**Job Description Summary**
This is a 12 months long apprenticeship program supporting aircraft engine maintenance activities, including the assembly, disassembly, installation and removal of engine components in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards and safety requirements. The position involves hands-on shop work combined with structured On-The-Job and classroom training, alongside regular competency, behaviour and discipline assessments. Working closely with Certified Mechanics, Engineers and trainers, the role builds strong technical and operational capabilities while ensuring full compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, quality and EHS requirements.
