Access Network Engineer

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Track and update project plans and documentation.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver on the expectation within the fiber work scope given.
• Document status reports including project progress, key milestones, tasks accomplished, etc.
• Manage project contractor and supplier according to our corporate procurement guideline.
• Day to day management of the access network team.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve, plan & execute fiber networks requirement.
• Involve in planning, costing, strategizing, execution, testing, preventive, correction & restoration process.
• Perform checking/audit to the preventive maintenance works as and when necessary, inclusive of fiber testing, pulling, rodding and manhole work for underground and overhead fiber optic network.
