The position

The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ Accessibility Manager works alongside the FIFA Zurich Human Rights and Anti‑Discrimination team and reports to the Head of Sustainability. The role supports the successful development and implementation of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ with a particular focus on accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring a successful tournament through accessible infrastructure and services. As the tournament approaches, the role shifts from planning into operations, possibly involving assignments to competition or non‑competition locations during the tournament period.

• Ensure an accessible FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ for disabled people and people with limited mobility, including:
