Accessibility Tester – ERP/CRM/Retail/Enterprise-level applications

We are looking for Accessibility Testers to support one of our clients across the country. Those applicants located near a PLATO offices or client offices will be expected to work some onsite hours.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering an accessibility assessment report with WCAG 2.1 AA pass/fail results, and documented defects with severity ratings, impacted users, and remediation guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with WCAG 2.1 Level AA testing.
• Experience in testing ERP/CRM/Retail/Enterprise-level applications
• Expertise using screen readers and other assistive technologies
• Experience with automated accessibility testing tools
• Ability to interpret WCAG success criteria and map findings accurately
• Experience testing enterprise or ERP applications with complex workflows
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
