Accommodated Exams Invigilator

Job Description

GENERAL STATEMENT
Under the supervision of the Coordinator, Accommodated Exams, and with guidance from the Accessible Learning Advisors, the invigilator monitors and invigilates accommodated tests and exams for students with disabilities, ensuring that students comply with the college’s Academic Integrity Policy and Student Conduct policies. Working independently, the invigilator responds to enquiries from students and faculty regarding the exam processes, and makes immediate decisions about conduct in exams. May be required to work evenings, weekends and travel between campuses.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

Provides a non-threatening, calm and supportive environment for students taking examinations;

Prepares examination sites for specific course requirements and specific accommodations;
