Purpose of the role
Job Summary:
The Accommodation Assistant is responsible for managing the accommodation needs for students, and staff members, ensuring that all accommodation services align with organizational policies and requirements. This role involves booking rooms, managing extensions, resolving accommodation- related issues, and maintaining strong relationships with accommodation providers. The assistant will track extensions, manage students' requests, prepare reports, and ensure high-quality customer service.
