Account Admin Executive

Join our team at TTH Consulting Sdn Bhd. TTH Consulting Sdn Bhd and RFS Hydraulics Sdn Bhd are the subsidiaries of Chuan Kok Hardware Machinery Pte Ltd. TTH mainly handles accounting, administration, and bookkeeping services. We are currently hiring for positions based at our office in UOA Bangsar.

Job Description

• To prepare invoices, payments, and other general accounting tasks.
• To perform other administrative duties or ad hoc assignments when required.
• Prepare statement of accounts at month end.
• Prepare bank reconciliation at month end.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
• Maintain and review General Ledger to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
