Role Summary

As an Account Advisor – Content Quality, you own two of the most critical checkpoints in the partner onboarding journey. First, you ensure that every partner account is fully compliant before content work begins by validating legal documents, registrations, and regulatory requirements, with zero tolerance for gaps. Then, you act as the final approver of restaurant menu content submitted by outsourced teams, making sure everything a customer sees on the platform is accurate, on-brand, and ready to drive orders. You are both the compliance gate and the quality seal.

• Legal Document Validation: Review and verify all partner-submitted legal and commercial documents, including commercial registrations, tax certificates, and trade licences, to confirm authenticity, completeness, and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
