Account Analyst

Job Summary:

This role will play a critical part in managing cost analysis, inventory

reconciliation, and financial reporting for our Philippine factory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare cost reports and financial statements related to suppliers, materials,

labor, shipping, operations and projects.

• Conduct and analyze regular cost variance analysis between actual and

standard costs.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports and supporting schedules.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions and balances.
• Perform physical inventory counts and ensure proper valuation of stock.
• Track usage and wastage of raw materials and supplies for accurate cost

allocation.
