Account Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Field Visits: Visit assigned clients at their homes or businesses.
• Debt Collection: Collect payments of issue receipts, and remit funds.
• Negotiation: Discuss payment plans, settlements, or promise-to-pay letters.
• Skip Tracing: Locate uncontactable clients by finding updated contact information or addresses.
• Asset Recovery: Handle voluntary surrenders of units (e.g., vehicles, equipment).
• Customer Service: Address client concerns, provide support, and maintain professionalism.
• Documentation: Update collection systems with new info, secure signed letters, and report activities.
