POSITION: ACCOUNT ANALYST

LOCATION: CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN. BHD., SUBANG

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any equivalent field.

· Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.

· Min 1-2 years of working experience in accounting / external audit / internal audit.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage daily accounts payable operations for both direct and indirect suppliers.

· Verify supplier invoices through three-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice).

· Prepare and review Debit Notes, and handle vendor returns and invoice discrepancies.

· Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and within agreed timelines.

· Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
