About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account and Admin professional to join our team at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd in our Paya Terubong, Penang office. This full-time role is responsible for managing the company's accounts and administrative duties, playing a crucial part in supporting the overall operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare customer invoices, follow up on payments, and process creditor invoices and payments.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements; assist with budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing of all financial documents.
• Handle payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, PCB submissions, and manage employee claims and reimbursements.
