Account and Costing Assistance

Responsible for preparing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), GM (Gross Margin) and BOM (Bill of Material) details for product.

Responsible for month-end closing activities related to costing & inventory.

Coordinate for monthly and yearly internal stock take audit.

Coordinate for all scrap and gold recovery activities.

Prepare TP (Transfer Pricing) revision approval submission.

Maintain and prepare scrap percent, raw material cost for quarterly cost revision.

Support for daily and monthly inventory report including scrap report.

Maintain BOM and update standard cost for existing and new product.

Verify cost for inventory adjustment.

Coordinate and provide documents to auditors during interim and year-end audit.

Prepare ad-hoc report requested by holding company.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
