Account Assistant/ Account Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and update daily accounting activities
· Assist with day-to-day accounting operations (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries)
· Prepare bank reconciliations
· Create and maintain spreadsheets
· Assemble, sort, and systematically file documentation
· Perform bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
· Calculate and verify petty cash reimbursements
· Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems
· Ensure daily accuracy of system data
· Assist in audit and tax preparation
· Able handle full set accounting is an advantage
· Perform other duties as required by management
· Prepare cheque payable
· Assist on rental collection, tenancy with tenure and etc documents and collection for account receivable
