Account Assistant

About the role

As an Account Assistant at Chiang Heng Gold & Diamond S/B', you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to the company. This full-time position is based in Perai, Penang, and will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of the company's accounts.

What you'll be doing

• Communication with branch supervisor and handle daily sales related transactions of the branch.
• Enter AR related transactions including issue CN /DN;
• Checking and key in trade gold transactions;
• Print out all the credit card statements and check against credit card settlement and key into accounting system.
• Entering and checking on the following :-

-AR transactions which including sales, CN and DN;

-Deposit and withdrawn;

-Sub-con invoices;

-Bank charges'

-Credit card transaction; and
