Account Assistant (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome)

Minimum degree in Accounting/Finance, preferably with 1 year relevant working experience.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, annual budgets and cashflow projections.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports including monthly reconciliations.
• Perform accounts receivable, payable & GA invoices, payment and day-to-day transaction processing.
• Process month end activities.
• Involved in preparation of budgeting and monitoring of collections and payments.
• Liase with client for reconciliation of payment.
