Account Assistant

GREENRIDGE RESOURCES CO SDN BHD – Ipoh, Perak

• Maintain full set of accounts using SQL accounting software for Infinity Match Sdn Bhd.

• Responsible for stock in supplier invoice and liaise with supplier to monitor on hand stock balance against SQL stock balances.
• Issue sales invoices for sale of goods and insurances.
• Issue all Payment Vouchers and monitoring suppliers outstanding payment.
• To update cashflow.
• Prepare and enter all journal entries into the system. (Eg, Salary & wages)
• Monitoring advance payment to oversea suppliers (tracking on ETA to proceed on insurance / bank loan application / JPJ reg)

• Monitor Customer and Supplier Aging.
• Maintain Fixed asset list, HP schedule and other related schedule.
• Liaise with banker when necessary
• Administrative work related to Infinity
