Account Assistant

Job Description:

1. Maintain full set of accounts using SQL accounting software for Infinity Match Sdn Bhd.

Responsible for stock in supplier invoice and liaise with supplier to monitor on hand stock balance against SQL stock balances.

Issue sales invoices for sale of goods and insurances.

Issue all Payment Vouchers and monitoring suppliers outstanding payment.

To update cashflow.

Prepare and enter all journal entries into the system. (Eg, Salary & wages)

Monitoring advance payment to oversea suppliers (tracking on ETA to proceed on insurance / bank loan application / JPJ reg)

1. Monitor Customer and Supplier Aging.
2. Maintain Fixed asset list, HP schedule and other related schedule.
3. Liaise with banker when necessary
4. Administrative work related to Infinity
