Job Description
Perform basic accounting duties such as:
- Supplier process
- Preparing payment vouchers and key in expenses
- Updating Excel reports
- Handle part payroll-related tasks
- Manage staff and boss claims (organising and data entry)
- Office ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin
- Able to work well with team members and under supervision
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
