Account Assistant

About the role

This is a full-time Account Assistant role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, working for UNITED SECURITY SERVICES SDN. BHD. You will be responsible for supporting the company's accounting and financial management processes.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintaining complete and accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
• Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and procedures

• Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business
