About the role
Sellmax Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Clerk to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes.
What you'll be doing
- Performing data entry and maintaining financial records, such as invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Preparing and processing payroll and expense reports
- Generating financial reports and statements
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
