Account Assistant

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum degree in Accounting/Finance, preferably with 1 years relevant working experiences
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, annual budgets and cashflow projections.
• Prepare timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports including monthly reconciliations
• Perform accounts receivable, payable & GA invoices, payment and day-to-day transaction processing.
• Process month end activities.
• Involved in preparation of budgeting and monitoring of collections and payments.
• Liase with client for reconciliation of payment.
• Filing and documentation.
