Account Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at Dependency PLT' in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to our small business clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
6. Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to address financial inquiries
7. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
