About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant - AP to join our Accounts Payable team at Global View Engineering Sdn Bhd' in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.

What you'll be doing

1. Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment
2. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
3. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
4. Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address queries and resolve issues
6. Support the month-end close process
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures
