About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at TURN DESIGN INTERIOR SDN. BHD. in our office located in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the overall accounting functions of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents with a high degree of accuracy
• Perform data entry and maintain detailed records in our accounting software
• Assist with the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed
