Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Purchase data entry and prepare payment for account payable and routine sundry purchase.
• Update and posting cost for finished output and transferring in Navision system.
• Filling documents and assist others filling task when needed.
• Gather information for ad-hoc reporting required by management.
• Attend physical stock count, assist with annual audit and tax are needed.

Requirements:

• SPM/Certificate or Diploma in accounting.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Good in organization skills and time management skills.
• Meticulous, independent, self-motivated and able to work with a team.
• Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
