Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.

· Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

· Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents (physical and digital).

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts.

· Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.

· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
