About the role

Stabilised Pavements (Sabah) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team in Sabah on a full-time basis. As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations of our organisation and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers
3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
4. Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts
5. Providing administrative support to the accounting team
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
7. Assisting with the implementation of accounting systems and procedures
