About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at SUPER STERLING MIX (M) SDN BHD'. As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting our accounting operations. This is a full-time position based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing

• Performing daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Assisting Head of Account with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
• Providing support to the Finance team in various ad-hoc projects
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Handling inter-company transactions
