Account Associate

Meets assigned expectations for profitability;
Solicits business from new and inactive brokers;
Assists in the development of inactive but potential brokers;
Develops and expands business relationships through the delivery of committed services to assigned brokers and accounts;
Assists brokers on claims follow-up / update;
Analyzes, evaluates and accepts risks based on the Underwriting Guidelines and limits of authority
Prepares quotations, formal/written proposals and/or request for documentation for accounts;
Signs policies and endorsements within authorized limit;
Monitors status of outstanding quotations and provides feedback to Head of Broker Servicing;
Monitors accounts for renewal of assigned brokers and maintains direct premium receivables within manageable level based on agreed terms and conditions;
