DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by the client.
• Monitors and updates the status of loan applications and documents.
• Conducts telemarketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assists and supports Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns.
• Facilitates unlocking requests of other affiliated companies through online or facsimile.
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-in, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Requests renewal commission for Loan Consultants with released accounts.
• Handles customer/client inquiries through telephone, e-mail, or walk-in.
• Endorsement of legal documents to the document processor for mortgage processing.
• Endorsement of payment for EDST in coordination with the Accounting Department.
• Monitors payments for appraisers.
