Job description:

• Meets assigned expectations for profitability;
• Solicits business from new and inactive brokers;
• Assists in the development of inactive but potential brokers;
• Develops and expands business relationships through the delivery of committed services to assigned brokers and accounts;
• Assists brokers on claims follow-up / update;
• Analyzes, evaluates and accepts risks based on the Underwriting Guidelines and limits of authority
• Prepares quotations, formal/written proposals and/or request for documentation for accounts;
• Signs policies and endorsements within authorized limit;
• Monitors status of outstanding quotations and provides feedback to Head of Broker Servicing;
• Monitors accounts for renewal of assigned brokers and maintains direct premium receivables within manageable level based on agreed terms and conditions;
