ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with assigned accounts to drive premium generation and account solicitation.
• Ensure high renewal persistency by executing timely follow-ups through call-outs, SMS, and email reminders.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including:
• Issuance of quotations
• Requesting policy issuance
• Coordinating payment applications
• Monitoring and collecting payments
• Handling policy cancellations (if applicable)
• Sending policies, receipts, and correspondence
• Claims monitoring and follow-ups
• Renewal advice and follow-ups
• Track renewal accounts and document all assigned activities with regular reporting to management.
• Conduct product presentations and meetings with bank partners or clients, either remotely or on-site.
