Account Associate

I. PURPOSE

• To be able to train new breed of future Account Manager.
• To be able to immerse new hires on the role and responsibility of an Account Manager.
• To lessen the accountability of potential Account Manager.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with account manager to achieve sales objective
• Maintain accurate and complete customer account details
• Assist in determining pricing proposal for customer
• Coordinate and help Account Managers in cultivating new business opportunities with potential clients
• Provide responses to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Help to resolve clients' issues and concern
• Attend technology seminars, workshop and sales related training
• Participate in Trends' marketing activity such as exhibits and seminar
• Ensure total customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service
