About Us: My Heart Centre Sdn Bhd are specializing in cardiac services, and general physician work. Currently we are operating at Klinik Pakar Jantung Dr Rahim with 2 branch at Alor Star Kedah and Alam Impian Shah Alam. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional one stop services designed to identify potential heart-related issue to our patient and given them opportunity to take proactive steps towards maintaining their health.

Job and Responsibilities:

a) Update daily sales and record clinic service charges in Excel for monitoring and analysis convenience

b) Update all sales data in the system accurately

c) Reconciling accounts and checking all data is accurate.

d) Responsible for depositing cash sales into clinic bank account

e) Responsible to make sure that all clinic bills are paid on schedule.

f) Managing petty cash transactions and recording expenditures.
