Account Clerk

About the role

HL LEE & CO. is seeking an Account Clerk to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Maintaining detailed financial records and databases
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting tasks
• Providing support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and prioritise tasks effectively
