- Operations
• Ensures 100% manpower deployment on all sites handled
• Coordinate Activities and updates of personnel to clients site supervisor
• Implement policies, memos and program to assigned area
• Ensures effective customer service and SLA Compliance
• Site Audit and compliance monitoring
- People Management
• Supervises manpower of area handled
• Conducts performance evaluation and recommendation
• Motivate and counsel manpower if needed
• Act as the point person of employees and client's supervisors within the assigned area
- Others
• Assists in recruitment if needed
• Prepare operations update and report
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
