About the role

We are seeking a talented Account cum Admin to join our dynamic team at Avin Home Design Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain valuable experience in the accounting field and contribute to the growth of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

• Managing accounts payable, receivable managing correspondence, emails and phone calls
• Processing invoices, payment transaction and maintaining filing systems and documentation
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties when required
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, HR documentation, support payroll
• Handle HR-related communications and coordination
