Account cum Admin Executive (Intermediate Position. LCCI and Equivalent)
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle full set of accounts, including day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records maintenance within the timeframe and compliance with accounting standards.
· Perform bank reconciliation and other reconciliations (AP, AR).
· Update and maintain accurate Fixed Asset Listing.
· Manage and review payments, receipts, and company transactions to ensure accuracy with proper documentation and processing.
· Timely update customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable such as processing sales invoices, and sales credit notes.
· Preparation of audit and tax schedules and address related queries for year-end audits.
· Collaborate with company secretary, auditors, banker and tax agents on compliance with prevailing regulations on tax-related matters.
