Account director - 6 month contract

The purpose of this role is to lead and mentor a team while driving the success of Humanz’ customers. This involves providing strategic oversight and ensuring excellence across all five workstreams: Sales, Project Management, Finance, Strategy, and Execution. You will oversee the design, planning, and management of influencer marketing campaigns from concept to finish via the Humanz technology platform, as well as managing high-level client onboarding. This role also has a key commercial focus, ensuring your clients grow their spend and that the team operates within allocated budgets and designated timeframes.

The role requires the following skills: Proven experience managing and mentoring a team in a client service environment. Extensive experience in the management and strategic direction of influencer marketing campaigns.
