Job Description

• Support the Business Unit Directors in managing and delivering the overall targets of the business unit.
• Ensuring the quality, correctness, and timeliness of work being delivered.
• Establish, foster and strengthen client relationships, maintain trust and credibility to enable continuous growth of the team and agency business.
• Mentor and oversee members of the team to be more adept in account management skills.
