Operations are located across North America, Canada, Europe and Asia. This role required a commercial thinker with boundless energy responsible for ensuring existing clients’ needs are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship.
• Maintain client satisfaction and retention to agreed targets.
• Actively seek to increase services offered and income generated to agreed individual and team targets.
