Job Description

Hilton is seeking an experienced Director of Luxury Group Sales to manage a portfolio of unique Luxury Group accounts and act as the Luxury specialist on shared HWS accounts located in UK&I.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing accounts to drive revenue and market share growth for our luxury portfolio of hotels while contributing to the account growth for Hilton.
You will ensure the clients’ needs are met while identifying viable opportunities for deliberate initiatives designed to improve operational and financial performance. You will need to have a deep knowledge of customer procurement strategies, structure, and businesses in alignment with all stakeholders within Hilton. As the Director, you will qualify new accounts, ensuring compliance to account governance protocols.
