Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Account Director to manage and grow accounts with budgets exceeding $10M. This role requires someone confident in pitching across borders, negotiating multi-year deals, leading high-performing teams, and owning the full P&L while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership for assigned accounts, including forecasting, margin management, and profitability optimization.
  • Price proposals accurately, ensuring profitable project scopes and multi-year agreements.
  • Confidently pitch new business regionally and internationally, presenting compelling strategies to C-suite stakeholders.
