Account Executive (5D/Gul Circle/Chemical Company) - JT

Salary: $3200 - 4000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
Location: Gulf Circle

• Handle partial or full sets of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Perform month-end closing, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and audit schedules.
• Support corporate tax and GST matters.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding balances, and financial transactions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial procedures.
• Participate in process improvements and finance operational support.

• Min 2-3 years of working experience in accounting roles.
