Job Description

Our Aviation team is seeking an Aviation broker to join the Sydney office to work in a collaborative and high-performing team. 
The purpose of this role is to back up and work with the Heads of product lines to manage and expand a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their risk management and insurance broking needs are addressed. This includes developing relationships with existing clients and implementing business development strategies for new opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of the portfolio.

The Role
Service and manage clients as directed by the Head of Product line
Prepare client reports
Liaise with underwriters, insurers, and other key industry stakeholders
Assist the Head of Product with client renewal programs
Market WTW and develop new business
Manage customer records and databases
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries
